CNC and Manual Machining

Many of our designed components can be exported directly to our CNC machining centers as well as to other CNC cutting operations (laser, plasma, water jet) in an effort to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and reduce lead times.

Fabrication

No design is too complex for our experienced fabrication team. Using the highest quality materials and tooling, we handcraft products with precision and care.

All mechanical designs are completed using SolidWorks 3D Modeling Software.

We design production systems from the ground up, improve existing systems, or reverse engineer existing equipment.

Once a design has been completed, members of our team review and discuss any additional improvements that may enhance the overall function, quality, ease of fabrication, installation, and maintenance.

Our facility in Georgetown features over 5,000 sq ft of office and more than 12,000 sq ft of flexible shop floor space.
